Corrections and Complaints

Clear context helps the business identify the page, message, service, or training interaction you want reviewed.

Reporting a website correction

Include the exact page address, the heading or wording you believe is inaccurate, why it matters, and a source that supports the correction where one is available. A screenshot can help when the content changes or appears differently on a device, but the page address and quoted wording are still important.

Distinguish a factual error from a difference of opinion. For a broken link, identify both the page and the link label. For outdated operational information, explain what should be confirmed and avoid sending private records unless the business asks for them through an appropriate channel.

Raising a service or training complaint

State whether the concern relates to a project enquiry, paid service, course enquiry, enrollment, payment, campus interaction, or another matter. Include the relevant quotation, invoice, enrollment confirmation, receipt, or conversation reference if you have one. Explain the event in date order and state what clarification or review you are requesting.

Do not publish account details, identity documents, payment credentials, or private information in a public review or social comment to get attention. Use the email, phone, or contact-page routes shown below. If a complaint involves a term that was agreed in writing, attach or quote the relevant part without exposing unrelated sensitive material.

What happens after you contact the business

The contact form may display a general contact acknowledgement expectation. That expectation concerns initial contact only; it is not a promise that a correction or complaint will be investigated, resolved, or published within the same period. Review timing depends on the evidence provided and the complexity of the issue. This page does not promise a particular decision or create a formal appeal or dispute procedure.

For content issues, a correction may involve revising wording, adding a source, updating a date, clarifying uncertainty, or leaving the page unchanged when the available evidence supports it. For operational complaints, ask for the answer and any agreed next step in writing so both sides can refer to the same record.
