Design is the cheapest place to be wrong. Changing a screen in Figma costs an afternoon; changing it after it is built, integrated and shipped costs a fortnight and a release. So we design first, put the prototype in front of people who match your actual users, and fix what confuses them while it is still a picture.

Designing for AI features
AI features break most existing design conventions. The system is sometimes wrong, sometimes slow, and sometimes unsure, and an interface that pretends otherwise loses the user's trust the first time it is confidently incorrect. We design for the states that actually occur: streaming and partial answers, low confidence, citations back to a source, an obvious correction path, and a clear boundary showing what the AI did versus what the person did.
Designing for how people here actually use software
Mid-range Android, one hand, patchy connectivity, mixed English and Urdu literacy, and users for whom this may be the first app of its kind they have used. That means larger tap targets than a Western template assumes, meaningful icons rather than clever ones, forms that survive a dropped connection, and copy written in plain language.
Design and build together
We are a software house, not a design studio, and that matters: the people designing the screens sit next to the people who have to build them. Designs arrive implementable, and when a layout turns out to be expensive to build, that conversation happens in week two rather than after handover. If you only want design, that is a fine engagement on its own. You leave with the Figma files and the design system, no strings attached.
Where we work
Our office is on Near Fubs CNG / Pizza Hut, Pindi Road, Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and we meet clients from Kohat, Peshawar, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Hangu, Karak, Bannu in person. Everything on this page is also delivered remotely. Most of our work already runs that way, with recorded demos and written updates for clients in other time zones. We work in English, Urdu and Pashto, quote in PKR or USD, and accept bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash and international wire.
Common questions
Can you design without building?
Yes. Design-only engagements are common. You receive the Figma source, the design system and the developer handover documentation, and you can take it to any development team you like.
Can you redesign our existing app or website?
Yes, and we start with an audit of what exists, where users drop off, which screens generate support requests, what actually needs to change. A redesign that is only a fresh coat of paint tends to move nothing.
Do you test designs with real users?
Where the project budget allows, yes, and we recommend it, five people from your actual audience will find more problems in an afternoon than a month of internal review.
What do we receive at the end?
Figma source files, an exported design system, a clickable prototype, and written handover notes covering states, edge cases and empty screens. Everything is yours.
