Before you enroll or pay

Training Enquiry and Payment Policies

Use this checklist to obtain course-specific terms in writing before making a training decision or payment.

Confirm the current course details in writing

Before paying, ask for the course name, current batch status, fee, payment instructions, schedule, expected starting level, attendance expectations, learning format, and any materials or equipment you need. Ask who issued the confirmation and keep the written quotation, enrollment confirmation, invoice, receipt, and relevant messages together.

A website course description or social post is not a complete enrollment agreement. Details can vary by the specific offering. If a verbal explanation matters to your decision, ask for it in writing. Do not assume that an arrangement mentioned for another learner, course, or earlier batch applies to you.

Refund, transfer, cancellation, certificate, and attendance questions

Ask what happens if the center changes or cancels the confirmed arrangement, and what happens if you miss sessions, withdraw, or request a transfer. Ask whether any refund or transfer option applies to your enrollment and what written conditions control it. This page does not create an entitlement or publish a fixed window.

Ask whether a certificate is part of the specific course and which written requirements apply. Do not treat admission, payment, or attendance alone as a promise of a certificate. Attendance expectations, make-up arrangements, completion evidence, and certificate questions should appear in the enrollment confirmation when they matter to your decision.

Training and internships are separate routes

Course admission is an enquiry and enrollment route for guided learning. An internship application is a separate route connected with the organisation's current internship process. Joining or paying for a course does not submit an internship application and does not promise internship availability, selection, placement, or employment.

Use the internship page for current application information. If you are considering both training and an internship, ask separate questions and keep the confirmations distinct. Public class or internship activity can document the activity shown, but it does not create terms for your future enrollment or application.

Pre-payment evidence checklist

Keep the course-specific written quotation or enrollment confirmation, the amount and payment route you were instructed to use, the receipt, the current schedule, and any written answer about cancellation, transfer, refund, attendance, or certificate expectations. Check that the business and course details are clear before sending funds.

If an important item is missing, request it before paying. If an answer later changes, ask for the revised term in writing and decide whether to continue. This checklist is evidence preparation, not a replacement for management reviewing and confirming the operational terms of the particular enrollment.
