AI in web development, what is real and what is noise
Two different things get called "AI web development". One is using AI to generate a site faster, which produces something that looks fine and falls apart at the second requirement. The other is putting AI features inside a web product (semantic search, a document assistant, summarization, drafting) where it genuinely changes what the software can do. We use AI heavily in the first sense as a tool, and we build the second sense as a product feature. What we will not do is hand you generated code nobody on either side understands.
Website design, not just development
Plenty of firms will build what you hand them and plenty will draw something they cannot build. We do both halves, which mostly means the arguments happen early and on paper. As your website designer we work from your goals and audience to a layout, a type and colour system and a clickable prototype, and only then write code, so the thing you approve is the thing you get.

Performance and search visibility are part of the build
Core Web Vitals, image handling, and crawlability are specified up front rather than fixed after launch by a separate SEO contractor. That means real HTML on every URL, images served in modern formats at the size they are displayed, one canonical URL per page, and structured data that describes what is actually on the page. It costs almost nothing when built in and is expensive to retrofit.

Stack
React on the front end, Node.js and NestJS for services, TypeORM over PostgreSQL or MySQL where the data is relational and MongoDB where it is not, Firebase for authentication and push where it fits. Hosting on whatever suits the workload and the client's budget. The stack follows the product. We do not start from a template and bend requirements to fit it.
Where we work
Our office is on Near Fubs CNG / Pizza Hut, Pindi Road, Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and we meet clients from Kohat, Peshawar, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Hangu, Karak, Bannu in person. Everything on this page is also delivered remotely. Most of our work already runs that way, with recorded demos and written updates for clients in other time zones. We work in English, Urdu and Pashto, quote in PKR or USD, and accept bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash and international wire.
Common questions
How much does a website cost in Pakistan?
It depends almost entirely on whether it is a site or an application. A well-built marketing site with a handful of pages is a different order of cost from a web application with accounts, payments and an admin panel. We quote a fixed price per phase against a written scope, so you are never agreeing to an open-ended number, and the first conversation that produces that scope is free.
Will the site rank on Google?
We build the technical foundations that make ranking possible, indexable HTML, speed, structured data, clean URLs, Search Console set up. Ranking itself also depends on content and competition in your market, and nobody honest guarantees a position. What we can promise is that the site will not be the reason you fail to rank.
Do you work with WordPress?
Yes, where it is the right answer. A content-heavy site that non-technical staff will update daily is often better served by WordPress than by a custom build. We will say which one your project actually needs.
Who owns the code?
You do. Repositories, hosting accounts, domain and third-party service accounts are in your name and handed over at the end of the project. There is no lock-in that forces you back to us for changes.
