Custom Software Development

Systems built around how your business actually works, not around a template.

Off-the-shelf software makes you work its way. That is a fair trade when your process is ordinary, and a bad one when the thing you do differently is the reason customers choose you. Custom software is worth building at exactly the point where the workaround (the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group, the person who "just knows") has become a cost.

What we build

  • Management and operations systems: inventory, orders, jobs, scheduling, dispatch
  • CRM and customer management shaped around your sales process
  • POS and billing systems, including offline-capable ones for unreliable connections
  • ERP modules and integrations between systems that do not talk to each other today
  • Reporting and dashboards that replace a monthly manual spreadsheet
  • Internal tools and portals for staff, vendors, franchises or branches
  • Legacy migration: moving an ageing system to something maintainable without losing the data

How we scope and price

Every project starts with a written scope: the screen list, what each one does, what is explicitly out of scope, and a phased plan with a fixed price per phase. Nothing starts before you have agreed that document. Phase one is deliberately the smallest useful system that replaces a real manual process, because software that goes live in three months and gets used beats software that goes live in twelve and gets argued about.

What you own at the end

Source code, repositories, databases, hosting and third-party accounts, all in your name. You get deployment documentation and a runbook, and your own team can take over maintenance whenever you want them to. We would rather keep clients because the work is good than because leaving is difficult.

Where AI fits into business software

The highest-value AI in a business system is usually unglamorous: extracting data from supplier invoices instead of typing them, flagging anomalies in transactions, drafting the routine reply, or answering "which of our policies covers this" from an internal document set. We add these where they remove real manual work, and we leave them out where they would just be a feature on a brochure.

Where we work

Our office is on Near Fubs CNG / Pizza Hut, Pindi Road, Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and we meet clients from Kohat, Peshawar, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Hangu, Karak, Bannu in person. Everything on this page is also delivered remotely. Most of our work already runs that way, with recorded demos and written updates for clients in other time zones. We work in English, Urdu and Pashto, quote in PKR or USD, and accept bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash and international wire.

Common questions

Custom software or an off-the-shelf product?

If a standard product covers 90% of what you need, buy it. We will tell you so, and we have. Custom is worth it when the gap is in the part of the process that differentiates you, when you are paying per-user fees at a scale where a build pays for itself, or when the systems you depend on cannot be made to talk to each other.

How do you handle changes mid-project?

Changes are normal and we price them openly. A change inside the agreed scope is absorbed; a change that adds scope gets its own estimate before anyone starts on it, so there are no surprise invoices at the end.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. A maintenance and support arrangement is optional and priced separately. It is genuinely optional: if you want your own team to take over, we will help them do it.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before any detailed discussion of your business or data if you want one.

Learn to do this yourself

We teach the same work we sell. These courses run on-site in Kohat and live online, and admission is open to everyone.

Talk it through first

The first conversation is free and produces a written scope with a fixed price per phase. If custom software is not what your problem actually needs, we will say so. The other things we do are listed below.
